Project Tempest: Simon Pulman podcast, new creator site

Hi everyone,
The way creators connect with audiences is changing fast. One of Project Tempest's goals is to explore the nuts'n'bolts of building the metaverse, which is a trendy word for the shared story worlds of the future.
Part of this requires a shift from storytelling to storymaking. What's the difference? Stories are told when the creator hands you a pre-made narrative like a book or film. Stories are made where everyone has the tools to shape new experiences, like in open world video games or roleplaying campaigns.
This update we're publishing the Project Tempest Workbench, the first version of our storymaking resources. And we've got a great podcast conversation with a New York-based entertainment lawyer who's right in the thick of these future trends.
I'd love to hear what you think of the Workbench, and if you choose to like and subscribe to the podcast on your favourite service, this really helps us out. Thank you!
PODCAST CONVERSATIONS

WORKBENCH LAUNCHES
Tempest Bay is a fictional setting for stories about obsessive people navigating the borderland between civilisation and madness.
It's also a place for creators of all kinds to play.
The Project Tempest Workbench contains source material including a world guide, map, inspirations, concept art, and reference images shot around the wild coast of New Zealand. There's also original soundscape music to listen to by composer Stephanie Engelbrecht, and works in progress by other creators will be up soon. It's quite the haul!
Our aim with Workbench is to have a living, breathing space where anyone who's interested can take a peek behind the curtain and, over time, have the material to shape their own journeys in Tempest Bay.
We hope you like this first early version, there's a lot more to come. Check it out!
Let me know what you'd like to see more of in these newsletters, and thank you for being part of Project Tempest with us.
Thanks
C J Halbard
